Female Competencies from the Narratives of the Qur’an: Queen of Sheba’s Crisis Management Style as a Leadership Model

<p>This article examines the skills and competency of women in managing crises as narrated Holy Qur'an. The various kinds (social, cultural, religious, political crises) that exist societies are illustrated It also gives different stories showing women's ability to manage find solutions crises. Among portrayed Qur'an, this explicitly addresses crisis encountered by Queen Sheba (Bilqis) her kingdom with Prophet Sulaiman (PBUH) an example how she managed it. explains minimum loss through leadership skills.
